Thank you for taking time to visit the Ohio Development Services Agency Grant & Loan Reporting Web site. This Web site is designed to allow for easy review of grant and loan award information. Additional information posted below will help you to use this site to its full capacity.

Reporting Mandate

Ohio law requires the Ohio Development Services Agency to post online to a Web site information about the grants it makes. This Web site reporting requirement appears in the Ohio Revised Code at Section 125.112(F) and it became effective December 30, 2009. This Web site is made available to the public to comply with this reporting requirement.

The Web site reporting requirement applies to grants made beginning in State Fiscal Year 2008 (July 1, 2007-June 30, 2008). This Web site includes a searchable database listing both grants and loans that Development has made since July 1, 2007.

Searching the Database

The database allows users to browse by a number of descriptors, including recipient name, award date, county/zip code, and award amount. Information in the database is taken periodically from Development's financial records stored in the Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (OAKS). The date on which information was last updated in the Web site database is shown at the top of the Search Page.

Before proceeding to the database, we encourage users to read the "Searching the Database" and "Frequently Asked Questions" documents below. These documents provide guidance about how to easily navigate and search this extensive database of summary information of Development's recent grants and loans, as well as answers to the most commonly asked questions about using this database.

If you have further questions, email the Agency here. Someone will respond to you by return email. You may also call us at (614) 466-2609.
