Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) Community Facility Fund (CFF) is a grant program intended to provide assistance to all 32 Appalachian Counties in Ohio. Priority is given to facilities/projects located in Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) Designated Distressed Counties and in communities with fewer than 5,000 residents. The mission of the grant is to provide funds so that buildings will be safe and ready for use by the community. Buildings must be in useable condition when applying. The grantee's objective must be to improve, upgrade, repair or enhance public buildings only.
