Residential Services
The Residential Unit manages the low-income Home Weatherization Assistance Program through monitoring activities, provides technical assistance, and is responsible for program design. The Unit also helps develop new programs in conjunction with public and private organizations and agencies to increase economic benefits and improve the environment by promoting improvements in energy efficiency in Ohio's residential sector.
RESNET: The Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) accredits Home Energy Rating System (HERS) providers. HERS providers can perform energy audits, problem solving, and Home Energy Ratings for the residential home market. You can locate an active HERS provider here.
