Small Business Development Centers of Ohio (SBDC of Ohio) Manufacturing and Technology Small Business Development Centers Located in six Edison Centers and universities throughout the state, the Manufacturing and Technology Small Business Development Centers (MTSBDC) provide the following services to Ohio's small manufacturing, defense and technology industries: Consulting is a free, in-depth and confidential service, however, fees may be charged for training, market research services, assessments and project development and production. The MTSBDCs represent a working partnership between the U.S. Small Business Administration, Ohio Defense Adjustment Office, Ohio Department of Development and NIST Manufacturing Extension Centers. The MSBDC program promotes business development through increased market opportunities and small business transactions while linking technology-based businesses throughout Ohio. Contact:
